Our room was spacious, had a wonderful view, a balcony, and met our needs perfectly.

Ideal hotel with marvellous location to the Carrefour supermarket, and the breakfast was generous. Fantastic & bright room with central heating, a work desk and a TV. Location near to the train station and the ruins and the restaurants.

The room at Amphitheatrum Gate was spotlessly clean and had a spacious bathroom. I loved waking up to the fine view of the mountains and Vesuvius from my balcony. The location was perfect, right next to the ruins and within walking distance of great restaurants. The manager was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and train timetables. I had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location, just a short walk from the historical site. The hosts were helpful and friendly, arranging airport transfers for us. The rooms were clean and towels were changed daily. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The best part was the beautiful views from the balcony.

The beds were uncomfortably hard and the pillows were too big. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, although the hosts did provide a kettle and mugs upon request.
